Our Harlow dress is an absolutely stunning addition to your mini's wardrobe. Harlow has a square neckline, precious puff sleeves with a frill detail at the cuff and features a big tie up bow at the back. She has an elasticised waistline at the back for easy wearing and a sweet frill hem. Our exclusive cottage garden print was hand painted using water colours for the most gorgeous floral print. Harlow is made out of beautiful organic cotton and lined with super soft rayon.
