Refund policy
Posie offers returns on full priced items that are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a store credit. Please ensure all products you are returning meet the following requirements:
- Item/s must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached.
- Posie does not accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.
To initiate a return please email hello@posiethelabel.com.
- Please ensure your email includes your name, address, order number, item/s you wish to return and reason for your return.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note Posie is not liable for any parcels that go missing in transit. We advise paying for tracked shipping when returning your item/s to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on sale items, unless faulty.
